EU and North America are different compliance systems

North America is not one conformity mark. United States federal workplace rules, state or local codes, the authority having jurisdiction, insurance requirements, and customer standards can interact. CE marking is not a factory award

Before ordering panels or drives, the buyer should speak with the local authority having jurisdiction and electrical engineer. Create a legal and standards register

Assign ownership between manufacturer, integrator, importer, installer, and end user.

Language matters. EU instructions and declarations may have destination-language requirements. North American inspectors and operators need legible English or required local-language documentation. Factory acceptance and site acceptance

Dust hazards require site-level engineering
